BA Psychology and Political Science

Monica plans to pursue a PhD in psychology after earning her BA. She is preparing to work on domestic violence issues, with a focus on developing policies to ensure that survivors of domestic violence have access to legal, medical, educational, and social support services.

RAPHAELA CHE
BS Nursing

Honolulu, Hawaii
After earning her BSN, Raphaele plans to work as a nurse before pursuing a Master's degree in a health field. She hopes one day to run healthcare projects or campaigns in conjunction with the World Health Organization.

SHARAE EDMONDS
MA Social Work

ShaRae is specializing in mental health and children's issues. She hopes to contribute to research on the stigmas surrounding mental health in the Black community, as well as to research focusing on children in the Black community who suffer from abuse.

CARMEN NAYELI GUZMAN
BS Chemical Engineering

La Jolla, California
Upon completion of her undergraduate work in chemical engineering, Nayeli plans to pursue graduate studies in renewable energy engineering research and development. She is deeply committed to social and environmental justice, the preservation of natural resources, seed sovereignty, and sustainability.

Upon completion of her education, Jamie plans to work in a hospital setting with pediatric patients.

Ana plans to use her AAT as a stepping stone towards a BA in Education. She aspires to become a teacher.
